UNKNOWN Dear Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. Consumer Affairs Department: I am writing to formally demand a full buyback and refund for the above-referenced 2025 Toyota Sienna (the "Vehicle") under the Arkansas New Motor Vehicle Quality Assurance Act (the "Arkansas Lemon Law"), Ark. Code Ann. §§ 4-90-401 et seq. The Vehicle is subject to a critical safety recall (25TA12, with interim notice 25TB12) involving improperly welded second-row seat rails, which poses a substantial risk to the safety of myself, my passengers, and others on the road. As of the date of this letter, Toyota has issued no remedy for this defect and provided no estimated timeframe for when a repair will become available. This renders the Vehicle unusable for its intended business purpose and out of service indefinitely, in violation of the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as the express warranties provided with the Vehicle.
