Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2021 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the front driverâs side door was very difficult to open and close. Additionally, the window would not properly roll up or down. The contact stated that the failure progressed, and the door could not be opened from inside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and the contact was informed that the door needed to be replaced. The door was replaced; however, the failure reoccurred a year after the repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 30,000.
