THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO HAVE REPAIRS PERFORMED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V483000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE); HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN REFUSED TO PERFORMED THE RECALL REPAIRS DUE TO THE LATCH ON THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BEING FRACTURED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LATCH FRACTURED WITH NO WARNING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
