I WENT TO THE VOLVO DEALER IN BONITA SPRINGS AND SPOKE TO [XXX] THE ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER.HE TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS IN A DOOR ACTUATOR AND THEY WERE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND HE CLAIMED THIS IS A WEAR AND TEAR ITEM COSTING AROUND A $1000 TO REPAIR. I ASKED WHAT WEAR AND TEAR COULD CAUSE THE DOORS TO ELECTRONICALLY OPEN WHILE DRIVING. HE HAD NO REPLY. I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE CONDITION AND IF THERE ISN'T A RECALL, THERE SHOULD BE. I CALLED VOLVO ALSO ON 12-11-14 AND SPOKE TO [XXX] WHO ALSO GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND.
