Complaint Description
We bought a 2023 HRV last year and yesterday out of the blue my back window exploded while it was parked. Itâs clearly shattered from the inside out. We took it to our local Honda service center and they are researching the issue. Now Iâm without a car while they figure out what theyâre going to do. Iâm worried if they do replace it, that this can happen again when weâre in the car. We transport our grandkids regularly and and their safety is our top concern.
