Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Volt. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle overheated and lost motive power. The vehicle was towed to the residence, where he recharged the battery. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a faulty EGR valve that needed to be replaced.
