Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2012 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at 59 MPH, the steering wheel locked inadvertently. The message "Service Power Steering Now" was illuminated. The contact was able to veer to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the electric power steering assist had failed. The vehicle was not repaired.
