TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE CONTACT PRESSED THE HEATER BUTTON AND FELT COLD AIR COMING FROM THE VENTS. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO VALUE FORD & CHRYSLER (LOCATED AT 205 SOUTH, STATE HWY 9, MORRIS, MN 56267, (800) 568-5431) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEATER CORE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000. *BF*JB
