The contact stated that the failure had been ongoing since 2018. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact stated that he contacted On Guard, but no assistance was provided. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 700.
