I BOUGHT A VW POLO 1.6 COMFORTLINE, 2011 MODEL FROM THE BENONI DEALERSHIP. REGISTRATION NUMBER: BF66MWGP. THIS VEHICLE WAS FINANCED THROUGH STANDARD BANK INITIALLY BUT WAS PAID IN FULL AND HAD ONLY HAD 84598KMS ON THE CLOCK AT THE TIME OF MY ACCIDENT. THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED WITH A SERVICE PLAN/ MAINTENANCE PLAN AND WAP. THE VEHICLE HAD RECENTLY BEEN IN FOR ITS LAST SERVICE AT THE VW KRUGERSDORP SERVICE CENTRE. THIS VEHICLE WAS 5 YEARS OLD WITH A FULL SERVICE HISTORY DONE ONLY BY A VW DEALERSHIP. ON THE 24TH AUGUST 2016, I WENT OUT FOR THE EVENING AND ON MY WAY HOME THE MORNING OF THE 25TH AUGUST 2016, I HAD AN ACCIDENT AND THE VEHICLE ROLLED OFF THE ROAD INTO AN OPEN VELD WITH LOTS OF ROCKS AND BUILDING RUBBLE. THE ACCIDENT TOOK PLACE ABOUT 800M FROM THE LARATONG HOSPITAL WHICH IS ON THE R41 ROAD OR BETTER KNOWN AS MAIN REEF ROAD. I WAS TRAVELLING TOWARDS RANDFONTEIN FROM ROODEPOORT; MY DESTINATION WAS HOME, 37 KINGFISHER AVE, HELIKONPARK, RANDFONTEIN. AFTER THE ACCIDENT THE VEHICL
