I CALLED SUBARU AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A WEAR ITEM. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED TWICE AND FEEL THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, I COULD HAVE LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE.
