WHILE TRAVELING 70 MPH VEHICLE HAD A FRONTAL IMPACT WITH A DEER. IMPACT SEVERELY DAMAGED RIGHT FRONT CORNER. AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY WHICH RESULTED IN DRIVER'S HEAD HITTING STEERING WHEEL. VEHICLE WAS TOTALED WITH OWNER SUFFERING FROM SOME INJURIES. PLEASE DESCRIBE DETAILS.*AK
LIFTGATE SUPPORT ARM THAT HOLDS UP TRUNK BROKE. ARM SHEARED OFF AND TORE HOLE IN ROOF. ALSO, TRUNK LID FELL, AND HIT CONSUMER ON HEAD AND ARM. ALSO, LIFTGATE ARMS HAD BEEN REPLACED TWICE THROUGH RECALL. CONTACT DEALER, AND COULD NOT GET THROUGH. CALLED CHRYSLER AND FILED A COMPLAINT. *AK WHEN REPAIR WAS MADE ON JULY SIXTH, MECHANIC STATED THAT THE RIGHT LIFTGATE WAS WEAK ALSO, THIS RIGHT ONE WAS JUST REPLACED THE MONTH BEFORE. *SLC
