VEHICLE DIED. ATTEMPT TO RESTART FAILED. FIRE BURST FROM UNDER HOOD. ENTIRE VEHICLE, INSIDE AND OUT, BECAME ENGULFED IN FLAMES. TOTALLY BURNED INSIDE AND OUT. FATHER ABLE TO GET THREE SMALL CHILDREN OUT OF VEHICLE WITHOUT INJURIES. RANGER STATED THAT FIRE STARTED UNDER DASH.
WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN PARKED AND WITH NO WARNING LEFT AXLE SNAPPED, CAUSING VEHICLE TO ROLL BACKWARDS, RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT. DEALER NOTIFIED.*AK
WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT CONSUMER WAS HIT ON PASSENGER'S SIDE, BUT AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. CONTACTED DEALER.*AK

WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE UNDER THE HOOD WITHOUT ANY WARNING. DRIVER EXTINGUISHED THE FLAMES. LIFTED HOOD AND NOTICED ELECTRICAL WIRING HARNESS WAS BURNT. HAS NOT TAKEN VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP. *AK
DRIVER'S SHOE GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN 3 INCH OF SPACE BETWEEN ACCELERATOR PEDAL AND BRAKE PEDAL, CAUSING VEHICLE TO KEEP ACCELERATING AND HITTING 2 VEHICLES . THERE WAS NOT SUFFICIENT SPACE BETWEEN BOTH PEDALS. *AK

WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH DRIVER REAREND VEHICLE IN FRONT. UPON IMPACT, DRIVER'S AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY, CAUSING FACE/NECK, AND HEAD INJURIES, EVEN WITH SEATBELT ON. SERIOUS DAMAGE TO FRONT END OF VEHICLE. *AK
WHILE DRIVING CAR, EXPERIENCED LOSS OF POWER AND PERFORMANCE; KEPT DRIVING. CAR ENGINE DYING AND COMING BACK TO LIFE OVER A PERIOD OF 15 MINUTES; TRYING TO REACH HOME. SUDDENLY, CAR DIED AND SMOKE AND FLAMES APPEARED. WITHIN MINUTES ENTIRE FORWARD PORTION OF VEHICLE WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES. POLICE AND FIRE RESPONDED. AFTERWARDS CAR WAS TOWED TO LOCAL BODY SHOP, A PROBABLE TOTAL LOSS. SUSPECT FAULT IN FUEL LINES/PUMP/INJECTION SYSTEM, HOWEVER, NO TECHNICAL INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN CONDUCTED. E
FAULTY DUAL FUNCTION SWITCH CAUSED TOTAL LOSS OF ABS BRAKES WHICH RESULTED IN REAREND COLLISION. *AK

CONSUMER STARTED ENGINE, TURNED HEATER ON, AND SAT FOR 10-15 MINUTES AND SMOKE CAME IN THROUGH VENTS. THEN FLAMES CAME OUT OF HOOD. VEHICLE BURNED TOTALLY. SMOKE WAS EXTREMELY THICK. *AK
WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 55 MPH WENT TO APPLY THE BRAKES AND BRAKES WENT STRAIGHT TO THE FLOORBOARD, CAUSING THE CONSUMER TO PUMP THE BRAKES, AND THE VEHICLE CAME TO COMPLETE STOP. THE BRAKE LIGHT CAME ON. THE DEALER REPLACED THE PUMP/MOTOR AND THE FRONT RIGHT WHEEL SENSOR. VEHICLE HIT A CURB BECAUSE THE BRAKES WENT OUT. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP FIVE TIMES, AND THE DEALER CAN'T DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. *AK

NO DEPLOYMENT OF DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DURING A FRONT END COLLISION, RESULTING IN INJURIES TO DRIVER. VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. THE COMPONENT SHOULD BE 12111100. COMPONENT TABLE DOES NOT HAVE IT.

WHILE DRIVING THE TRUCK DOWN THE HIGHWAY ABOUT 40 MPH, THE AIRBAG JUST POPPED OUT FOR NO APPARENT REASON, SHATTERING FRONT WINDSHIELD AND CAUSING AN INJURY TO THE DRIVER'S RIGHT ARM. *AK
