I WAS DRIVING MY 2002 DODGE CARAVAN AND I LOST CONTROL BECAUSE MY STEERING HOSE LET GO, AND AS A RESULT I LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM, WE ARE AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. *TR

THE AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT GOES ON AND OFF WHILE DRIVING VAN, SOMETIMES IT STAYS ON FOR A LONG TIME OR OTHER TIMES ITS ONLY ON FOR A SHORT TIME AND THEN GOES OFF. EACH TIME IT GOES ON YOU HEAR A WARNING CHIME. MY SEARCH OF THE INTERNET FOR THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM SHOWS A RECALL ON THE 1998-2000 VANS FOR A CLOCKSPRING REPAIR. I HAVE ALSO READ THAT WHEN THE LIGHT IS ON, THE AIRBAGS WILL NOT DEPLOY. I HAVE NOT CONFIRMED THIS THROUGH A DEALER. THIS SORT OF PROBLEM IS A TOUGH ONE TO DEAL WITH AS A COMSUMER BECAUSE UNLESS THE LIGHT COMES ON AND STAYS ON, ITS HARD FOR THE DEALER TO FIND THE PROBLEM. IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO KNOW HOW MANY OTHER CONSUMERS HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM AND IF THESE VEHICLES SHOULD COME UNDER A RECALL LIKE THE PRIOR YEARS.

LUGGAGE RACK ORINIALLY INSTALLED WRONGLY REINSTALLED, BUT WONT STAY IN PLACE. A WIND GUST MOVED THE LOCKED FRONT BAR TO THE BACK THE 70# CANOE STILL ATTACHED HIT THE BACK OF THE VAN - OVER 36,000 WHEN COMPLAINT WAS FILED, UNDER 36,000 MILES WHEN IT HAPPENDED - NO RECOURSE PER DEALER

A LOUD NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE STEERING WHEEL WHILE DRIVING, THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER. THE DRIVER NOTICED THAT FLUID STARTED LEAKING FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO DRIVE TO THE DEALER. THE MECHANIC INFORMED THE DRIVER THAT THE STEERING WHEEL CLAMP NEEDED REPLACEMENT. PLEASE FILL IN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. *NM
