WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE DRIVER SIDE REAR TIRE TREAD SEPARATED AND WRAPPED AROUND THE WHEEL. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO REPLACE THE TIRE WITH THE SPARE AND DRIVE TO HER RESIDENCE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 66,338 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,395.
