VEHICLE HAS 150K MILES. *AK THE STALLS USUALLY OCCUR UPON LETTING UP ON THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. IT WILL NORMALLY RESTART IMMEDIATELY, BUT TO CONTINUE RUNNING THE ACCELERATOR NEEDS HELD DOWN TO HOLD THE ENGINE A LITTLE ABOVE IDLE SPEED - YOU HAVE TO DRIVE WITH TWO FEET. NO ERROR CODES ARE RECORDED, SO ASSUMED MECHANICAL FAILURE WAS OCCURING. THERE WAS NO SPUTTERING, LIKE A FUEL PUMP FAILING WOULD CAUSE. REPLACED FUEL FILTER AND PRESSURE REGULATOR, BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. REPAIR SHOPS CAN ONLY GUESS AT THE CAUSE.
