NISSAN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2005-2009 TITAN, ARMADA, AND INFINITI QX56 VEHICLES. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FUEL GAUGE MAY INACCURATELY DISPLAY THAT THE VEHICLE STILL HAS SOME FUEL, TYPICALLY ABOUT ONE QUARTER TANK, WHEN THE FUEL TANK IS EMPTY.

The contact owned a 2007 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that while driving at 55 mph, the vehicle hydroplaned in the rain, and the contact lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle flipped over the guard rail coming to a stop in the woods. The seat belt had come loose, and the air bags did not deploy upon impact. The contact was transported by ambulance to the hospital for injuries sustained. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a salvaged yard and evaluated by the insurance comp

TRAVELING AT APPROXIMATELY 30-35 MPH, EARLY MORNING, DRY CONDITIONS. I SET THE CRUISE CONTROL, BECAUSE I WAS HAVING SEVERE STOMACH PAIN. I LEANED MY HEAD BACK AND NEXT THING I MUST HAVE PASSED OUT. I AWOKE AFTER STRIKING A TELEPHONE POLE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE STREET. THE IMPACT WAS DEAD CENTER. THE LICENSE PLATE IS THE EXACT SHAPE OF THE POLE, INFACT THE SENSOR IS DIRECTLY BEHIND AND UNDER THE BUMPER FROM THE PLATE. THE SEATBELT DID NOT LOCK AND THE AIRBAGS NEITHER ONE DIDN'T DEPLOY. THE C
