TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 NISSAN ROGUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST ACCELERATION UNTIL IT REACHED 30 MPH. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD EXTREME DIFFICULTY ASCENDING HILLS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS AND THE TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS CHANGED AS WELL AS THE SERPENTINE BELT BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 97,000.
