NEED ASSISTANCE WITH DETERMINING NATURE OF BUDGE IN TIRE WHICH I SUSPECT AS A DEFECTIVE. THESE ARE 45,000 WARRANTY TIRES THAT ARE 2-YEARS OLD WITH 16,334 MILES ON THEM.*AK (TIRESIZE: L2357515C)
