TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1993 NISSAN LONG BED (NA). WHILE AT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR REPAIRS, THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE SUBFRAME ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WAS CORRODED. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE REPAIRED DUE TO THE EXTENT OF THE CORROSION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,000.

THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM FROM DAY ONE BECAUSE OF CALIPERS FREEZING DUE TO RUST. DURING INSPECTION FRAME WAS WITNESSED TO BE BADLY RUSTED NEEDING CONSTANT CARE. GAS TANK HAS RUSTED THOU AT THE TOP & NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE SPEEDOMETER/ODOMETER FAILED AT 32103 MILES AND NEEDED AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR. IT NEEDED THIS REPAIR AT THE MOMENT IT LEFT THE DEALER REPAIR SHOP WHEN THE BRAKES WERE BEING REPAIRED FOR THE SECOND TIME, (WORKED GOING IN NOTICED THAT SPEEDOMETER STOPPED UPON LEAVING). DEALER SAID IT WAS JUST A COINCIDENCE! THIS VEHICLE HAD/HAS HAD SINCE THE BEGINNING 1997 - PRESENT 2014 THE BEST OF TL-CARE. NISSAN IS CRIMINAL IN DEALING & BEING UNHELPFUL BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS AND EXPECT THE OWNERS TO BARE THE EXPENSE OF REPAIRS WHICH IS REALLY CAUSED BY NISSAN MANUFACTURING PARTS & FRAMES WITH POOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION AND INFERIOR MATERIALS THAT DO NOT LAST FOR A REASONABLE TIME. *TR

THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 104,000.

AND ALL ARE FINE AND I WONDER I FOUND A LIKE A CONTROL ARM A BAR COME WITH 2 BOLT AND NUT AND THERE SOMETHINGS LIKE NO BUSHING - WASHER AND NUT BOTHSIDE LEFT DRIVER AND PASSENGER..I TRIED TO LOOK FOR REPLACE AUTOPARTS AND COULDN'T FIND IT ANYTHING..ALSO I CHECKED "RECALL" ON THE COMPUTER ABOUT COMPLAIN AND THERE NOTHINGS. I WISH I COULD SEND YOU A PHOTO THAT'S I TOOK TO MAKE SURE.
