MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A 2011 INFINITI M56X FROM INFINITI OF SPRINGFIELD, MO. ON 4/9/10. MY WIFE WAS FOLLOWING ME TO OUR LAKE HOME AT 9PM. I NOTICED SHE KEPT FALLING BEHIND. I WAITED FOR HER AT THE INTERSECTION OF MO265 & LAKE RD 12 AND WHEN I SAW HER COMING I PROCEEDED ON TO OUR RESIDENCE. WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE WAS VISIBLY SHAKEN AND SAID SHE COULDN'T SEE WHERE SHE WAS GOING AND ALMOST RAN OFF THE ROAD. I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO TAKE THE CAR OUT MYSELF AND I HAD THE SAME VISIBILITY PROBLEM ON LOW BEAMS INVOLVING UP AND DOWN SMALL HILLS AND SHARP TURNS. THERE ARE MANY OF THOSE AROUND LAKES. THERE IS NO VERTICAL ILLUMINATION OF THE LOW BEAMS FOR TERRAIN LIKE THAT (HOOD COVERS PART OF THE HEADLAMP AND IT BLACKS OUT EVERYTHING ABOVE THE HOODED LINE. NO PROBLEM ON FLAT OR LONG HILLS. NEXT DAY 4/10 I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGERABOUT OUR PROBLEM. GIVEN THE PUBLICIZED MOVEMENT OF THE HEADLAMPS I THOUGHT THEY MIGHT NEED AN ADJUSTMENT. I TOLD HIM OUR PROBLEM WAS EASILY REPLICATABLE.
