20251105POWER TRAIN

Second occurrence of below happening, first time being 11/28/25, and most recently 11/05/25. Clutch engaged uncommanded while stopped with service brakes engaged. Truck kept trying to power through the service brakes until it was forcefully stalled out with service brakes. Truck is start-able immediately afterwards, but not drivable with engine stop warning lamp illuminated and a error message "Neutral Gear Not Secured" Nearly rear ended a stopped vehicle in front of truck, so yeah, slight safety concern of uncommanded movement of vehicle. Has not been looked at by independent shop or manafacterer, nothing has been inspected, mechanics within company vehicle is operated by currently researching into problem and waiting for stated problem to occur again. Refrencing a previous investigation here that i believe is related; PE 20-005
