Within that volume, owners reported 0 crashes, 0 fires, 0 injuries, and 0 fatalities. No NCAP 5-star crash-test rating is available for this model year in the federal database.

Component-level analysis is where model-year complaints become actionable: the top complaint category for the 2024 NAUTILUS HYBRID is unknown or other with 4 filings, followed by forward collision avoidance: adaptive cruise control (3) and forward collision avoidance: warnings (2). Concentration in one or two component groups is the classic signature of a systemic defect; a flat distribution usually reflects normal aging, warranty complaints, or isolated build-plant variability. This model year has 1 active recall campaign, which means the manufacturer is obligated to remedy the covered defect at no charge for the life of the vehicle — the full NHTSA campaign numbers are listed below.

NHTSA currently has 15 investigation files overlapping the 2024 NAUTILUS HYBRID, and 1 remain open. Owners comparing this cohort against neighboring years should pair the counters above with the complaint-by-year trend on the parent model page — a spike in a single year often tracks to a platform refresh, a new transmission supplier, or an updated ECU calibration. Message the car sends "Remote features disabled to preserve battery" Your Nautilus has enter Deep Sleep to remedy the problem you much drive it. I drive my lincoln nautilus everyday and I get this message at least once a month. The car has completely died twice, no power, you can't even open the car doors nor trunk with key. You have to take the key apart and put it in a small hole on the door to open the car up. In March 2025 I was in NC for a funeral with my disabled Mom, we check out of the hotel, go to get in the car, completely dead, had to call a tow truck for a jump. August 2025, same thing the car completely died, had to call a tow truck to tow it to Ted Britt Lincoln Chantilly. The car came with a battery and has now had 3 replacement batteries. So a total of 4 batteries have been in this car. They keep saying we updated a module and replaced the battery. This car has a greater issue. I have been to the dealership Ted Britt Lincoln chantilly 7 times this year for this issue. I

While driving 60 + mph on the highway, the car turned off.it felt like someone turned the ignition off. Gas pedal was dead and i had to coast to a stop. The car popped up “Stop Safely Now”. We got it towed to dealership and they kept it for 2 weeeks. In spite of informing them about issue, they never acknowledged or fixed it and returned car to my home saying everything looks good. But it’s obviously not. I am clearly not driving it anymore as it might stopped working again and that time I might not be as lucky as last time. Driving this car without resolving this issue is death trap and it’s surely life threatening.

We haven’t had the car for a full year yet and already have now had our 3rd front windshield cracked! It’s either the glass is too fragile or the shape of it. I’ve never had this happen with any car ever! I’ve also read online several other car owners complaining of the same issue.

Lincoln Navigation has incorrect speed limit detection/programming on rural roads in Fulton County Ohio. When using the Adaptive Cruise, firstly the Speed Limit icon that is stationary on the dash, right in front of the driver, has incorrect speed limits. The speed limits icon also randomly goes from the incorrect speed of 45mpg, suddenly for no environmental reason, drops to 25 mph, then after a distance, goes back up to 45 mpg. The speed limits on all rural roads, other than municipalities, is 55 mph. While using the Adaptive Cruise, if someone is behind me, doing 55 mph that I've set my cruise to, and SUDDENLY I drop my speed to 25 or even 45 mph, there could most likely be a rear end collision. I have been in contact with Lincoln dealerships, Lincoln Concierge, Lincoln Way, Lincoln Over the Air... I just get passed around from department to department, having me reset my screens, but no knows how to fix. I've spent numerous hours on the phone. No one calls me back like

20250520FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

There is a safety concern with this car involving the feature that automatically slows down the car when a curve in the road is detected. This problem with the curve detection feature happens when the dynamic cruise control is engaged, with or without BlueCruise being active. At certain locations on the freeway, the car will aburptly brake, slowing the car by approximately 10 mph. When the abrupt slowdown occurs, the driver's display shows the icon for curve detection when there is no curve in the road. An abrupt reduction of speed on the freeway for no valid reason is a safety problem. This is not a random occurence. It happens every time I drive on I-80 eastbound at location: 41.545369, -93.963420. There is no curve at this location in the road that necessitates any slowing of the car, let alone an abrupt reduction in speed. The dealership found no issues that they could correct and no software updates available.

20250520STEERING

There is a safety issue involving inaccurate detection of the driver's hands on the steering wheel. The vehicle frequently provides a warning on the driver's information display that I need to place my hands on the steering wheel despite both hands being firmly on the steering wheel already. Sometimes, I can get the car to recognize that my hands are on the steering wheel by firmly squeezing the wheel in the same or a different position. If the dynamic cruise control is engaged at the time, and I cannot get the car to recognize my hands are on the wheel, the car will eventually disengage the dynamic cruise control, slow the car, and demand that I take manual control, which involves tapping the brakes. This slowing down of the car and tapping the brakes must occur on the open road while driving which is a hazard if vehicle are following too closely behind me.

Lincoln system failure - My wife and I were coming home from a trip driving on Interstate 20 at 75 MPH with the cruise control and steering assist on. Traffic ahead was slowing quickly. Normally when approaching slower vehicles the cruise control will start slowing my Lincoln long before the set following distance is reached. I usually just let the cruise control slow me down. When I realized the cruise control wasn’t slowing me I applied the brakes and nothing happened. Even the engine kept power on. I steered into the emergency parking lane passing vehicles on my left. My wife hit the neutral button and the ignition button to try to kill the engine. After what seemed like a very long time we started slowing down and stopped after 2 to 3 hundred yards. The car was still in drive mode, the engine was still on and the cruise control was still engaged. Why we finally stopped I don’t know. Being extremely busy pressing the break pedal and hanging onto the steering wheel there was no w

While driving on the highway the front portion of our sunroof randomly shattered. There was no proceeding noise or hit from debris. The glass shattered upward with a large noise as if it exploded. The service personnel at the Lincoln dealership in Layfayette, LA inspected it and suggested it looked as though it exploded from inside possible due to pressure due to the direction of the remaining glass pointing upward.
