DRIVERS SIDE SEAT FEELS LOOSE. UPON STARTING AND STOPPING, THE SEAT "ROCKS" FORWARD AND BACKWARD AND SEEMS TO FEEL UNSTURDY. I HAVE BROUGHT THIS TO THE SERVICE DEPT. ATTENTION ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. THEIR RESPONSE WAS, " WE'VE DONE ALL WE CAN, WE DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!" WHAT THEY DID DO, ( I ASSUME) IS TIGHTEN THE VARIOUS NUTS AND BOLTS THAT HOLD THE SEAT TO THE CHASSIS. THAT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I PHONED THE JAGUAR CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DEPT., AND ADVISED THEM OF THIS PROBLEM. THEY TOLD ME AN AREA REP WILL CONTACT ME. AFTER MANY CALLS, I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYBODY. PLEASE HELP ME SINCE I AM CONCERNED A LOOSE SEAT POSES A REAL HAZARD IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH.
