VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND. HAD NO CONTROL. VEHICLE WENT INTO SNOW EMBANKMENT. IT FLEW IN THE AIR & FLIPPED OVER. DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES. ALSO, RECEIVED EMERGENCY ROOM TREATMENT FOR BRUISES. UPON IMPACT, AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. AFTER VEHICLE INSPECTION, FAULTY BUSHINGS WERE FOUND. *AK
