Description of Incident: While driving on the highway, my 2019 Jaguar E-PACE suddenly and without warning lost power, putting myself and others at serious risk. The vehicle went into limp mode with no prior indication of any issues. Once the failure occurred, a warning message appeared on the dashboard stating âGearbox Fault,â and the transmission temperature began to rise rapidly. MY DAUGHTER DRIVES THIS CAR, SHE IS EXPERIENCING AN ABRUPT LOUD SCREECHING SOUND INSIDE THE CAB WHICH CAUSES HER TO TO LOSE FOCUS ON THE ROAD, WHICH IS VERY CONCERNING. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN'T IDENTIFY THE ISSUE AND DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. HAS ANYONE ELSE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS BEFORE? IT HAPPENED ON THE HIGHWAY WHILE DRIVING.
