The contact owns a 2011 Freightliner Sprinter 2500. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start-up. The contact stated that he replaced the battery; however, the vehicle still failed to start-up. Upon investigating, the contact became aware that there was an unknown TSB associated with the failure. As stated in the TSB, the contact replaced the fuse and was able to restart the vehicle. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but did not provide any assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
