I WAS DRIVING DOWN ROYAL PALM BEACH BLVD, IN ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL. WHERE THE SPEED LIMIT IS 35MPH. THE VAN WAS TAILGATING AND SPEEDING AND SWITCHING LANES, ATTEMPTING TO GET AROUND MYSELF AND A TRUCK THAT WAS TOWING A TRAILER. HE WAS VERY RECKLESS, AND ALMOST REAR-ENDED ME ON A FEW OCCASIONS.
