TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 CHRYSLER SEBRING CONVERTIBLE. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED AND ALMOST CAUSED A CRASH. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. HE BELIEVED THAT THERE MAY HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE WITH THE FUEL SYSTEM. HE REMOVED THE FUEL TANK FROM THE VEHICLE AND FOUND BURNT WIRES, WHICH WERE CONTROLLING THE FUEL PUMP. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP WIRES AND THE FUEL PUMP ITSELF, BUT CURRENTLY THE VEH

APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED IT, I WAS DRIVING AT ABOUT 20 MPH WHEN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT BURST INTO FLAMES. THE INVESTIGATOR HIRED BY CHRYSLER SAID IT WAS AN AIR CONDITIONING LINE THAT BROKE AND SPRAYED CHEMICAL ONTO MANIFOLD, CAUSING THE FIRE.
