I WAS IN A CRASH WHICH HAD AN IMPACT ENOUGH TO SPLIT THE FRONT BUMPER ALMOST IN TWO ENOUGH TO JOLT ME AS WELL AS HAVE MY RIGHT HIP/BACK SO FAR HURT FOR TWO WEEKS, YET THE AIR BAG NEVER DEPLOYED. I WAS IN MOTION GOING THROUGH A GREEN LIGHT WHEN A PICKUP TRUCK TURNED LEFT ON A RED IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS GOING ABOUT 35 MPH.

I HAVE A 2010 SEBRING CONVERTIBLE TOURING THAT JUST HAD THE BRAKES COMPLETLY REPLACED FROM THE CALIPERS TO THE ROTORS. WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED, THERE IS A VIBRATION THAT WAS PRESENT PRIOR TO THE REPLACEMENT. DESPITE STILL BEING A NEW BRAKE SYSTEM, IT STILL VIBRATES. THE VIBRATION WILL CEASE IF YOU BRAKE HARD.

I PASSED A VEHICLE ON A 2 LANE HIGHWAY. WHEN MY ENGINE ACCELERATED SUDDENLY IT BEGAN SPUTTERING AND MISSING BADLY. I TOOK IT TO MY LOCAL TRUSTED MECHANIC. HE SAID THE GASKETS WERE ROTTEN AND OIL GOT INTO THE CYLINDERS. HE SAID THAT THIS DRY ROTTING OF RUBBER STUFF IS A COMMON PROBLEM HE SEES IN CHRYSLER. HE REPLACED VALVE COVER GASKETS AND GROMMETS, IGNITION COIL, AND SPARK PLUGS. I HAVE ALSO HAD A POPPING NOISE IN THE FRONT END. HE FOUND A DEFECTIVE FRONT WHEEL BEARING, WHEEL SPEED ABS SENSOR. MY COST $1,328. I HAVE MORE NIGHTMARES ABOUT THIS CAR. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER. *TR

MY LOCAL MECHANIC, WHOM I TRUSTED FOR 18 YEARS FOUND THAT THE WHEEL BEARING INT HE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE IS FAULTY AND THIS AFFECTS THE BRAKES TOO. THE NAPLES DODGE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY CAR MODEL WAS NOT INVOLVED WITH THE RECALL. NAPLES DODGE DID FIND A PROBLEM WITH THE STEERING AND REPLACED THE STEERING GEAR, RACK AND PINION AND ADJUSTED THE TOE AND ALIGNMENT. THE USED CAR WARRANTY PAID FOR IT EXCEPT FOR MY $50 DEDUCTIBLE. SINCE THIS REPAIR THE AIRBAG LIGHT REMAINS ON. I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALER SERVICEMAN THAT THE LIGHT WOULD GO OFF AFTER A WHILE. IT HAS NEVER GONE OFF. AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER DAMAGED BY PROJECTILE THROUGH THE FRONT BUMPER. MY AC STOPPED BLOWING COOL SUDDENLY, WHILE ON VACATION. I HAD IT RECHARGED A FEW WEEKS EARLIER AND THINGS WERE FINE. A MASTER MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT THE CONDENSER WAS PIERCED BY AN OBJECT LIKE A ROCK, WHICH FLEW THROUGH THE UNGRILLED HOLES IN THE FRONT BUMPER. HE SAID CHRYSLER DESIGNED THE AC CONDENSER TO FIT BEHIND AND BELOW THE RADIATOR AND DID NOT DESIGN A GRILL TO PROTECT IT. HE MADE FUN OF ITALIANS (FIAT) WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ENGINEER CARS. MY COST TO REPLACE THE CONDENSER AND REFILL THE COOLANT WAS $716. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER. *TR
