TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 CHRYSLER LHS. THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD CRUSHING NOISE WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. HE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS RESISTANT UPON APPLICATION. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, HE NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE PADS, ROTORS, AND RELATED COMPONENTS WERE IN NORMAL CONDITION. ON ONE OCCASION WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT STOP AND CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL PRIOR TO THE

WHILE THE CONSUMER WAS STANDING BY THE VEHICLE IT SUDDENLY BEGAN TO ROLL FORWARD. CONSUMER RAN BEHIND THE VEHICLE, GRABBED THE DOOR AND WAS DRAGGED A FEW FEET, INJURING HIS KNEES, BEFORE HE WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR AND SLAM THE GEAR INTO PARK.
