WHILE TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON I-10, A VEHICLE CUT ME OFF MY LANE, I SWERVED TO THE RIGHT AND AT THIS MOMENT THE CAR LEFT THE ROAD THE RIGHT ,CAME BACK ACROSS THE ROAD TO THE LEFT TRAVELING W/B IN THE MEDIAN FOR A SHOR DISTANCE BEFORE GOING RIGHT CROSSING BACK OVER I-10, STRIKING A GUARDRAIL, FLIPPING OVER IT AND COMING TO A REST AGAINST A TREE. I TRIED TO CORRECT THE CAR BUT TOOK OF TO THE LEFT VERY SHARPELY, I WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE CAR WHICH I SUSPECT WAS DUE TO FAULTY STEERING MECHANISM. P

CONSUMER WAS PARKED AT GATE OF STORAGE LOT. SHE WAS INSIDE OF VEHICLE PUNCHING IN NUMBERS TO GAIN ACCESS, AND THE GATES BEGAN TO OPEN. THEN, WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING ENGINE ROARED UP AND VEHICLE TOOK OFF, LIKE A JET. VEHICLE SMASHED INTO THE GATE, AND CONSUMER WAS THROWN BETWEEN TWO STEEL POSTS. THEN, CAR WENT INTO ANOTHER BRICK WALL OF STORAGE. THEN, IT ALMOST WENT INTO ANOTHER STORAGE ROOM AND STOPPED DUE TO TIRES WERE FLAT TO THE RIMS. DEALERSHIP WAS AWARE OF PROBLEM.*AK CO

WHEN VEHICLE WAS PUT INTO DRIVE IT SUDDENLY ACCELERATED OUT OF A BANK PARKING LOT WITHOUT FOOT BEING ON ACCELERATOR PEDAL, VEHICLE ACCELERATED ACROSS THE STREET INTO A COMMUTER PARKING LOT.
