Hello, I am worried about the problem that persists for more than 5 years that the car is in my possession, my 2005 Chrysler 300c, it is always the same problem when I fill the fuel tank, the car does not want to start, I have to wait at least 10 minutes at the pump trying several times to start it again, this occurs at an intersection, at a traffic light, and even while in traffic, endangering my life and the lives of other drivers, please I need help!!!!
Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300C. The contact stated that while attempting to register the vehicle, it was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 105,000 and at the time of registration, it was discovered that in 2021 the mileage was 144,000.

When the fuel tank is topped off the vehicle stalls 2-6 times until the excess fuel is burned off. This has happened on the road, in parking lots, intersections, etc. It causes total loss of power & power steering. Additionally, I usually have to shift to Park, Neutral, Reverse, Drive, Reverse, and then drive again in order to get the transmission to lock back in forward gearing. Causing me to have to additionally pull over, or stop, when/wherever the incident occurs.

I was very excited to purchase my 2005 Chrysler 300C, but there was a recall on the airbag which was taken into the dealer and replace but my grandson had accident in March 2018 and the airbag didnât disengage. I contact the customer service and they said that I should have contact them before the car was removed from the wrecker company but I wasnât aware that I to notify them. I send them picture of the car and the insurance adjuster can verify that the airbag didnât disengaged. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the process for recall failure and how to report the incident.
