Our tailgate would open on its own intermittingly. We haul our fifth wheel camper and this could cause damage to the RV and our vehicle. There have been recalls on one year older trucks and one year newer but not for the 2021Chevrolet Silverado. A Chevrolet dearlership in Florida looked at it for us. They said cause : checked for codes and bulletins. Found code B153D. Completed circuit check. Also found tailgate hatch out of adjustment. Corrctionj: Rec. replace switch and adjust latch.
