General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2014-2015 Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles. The ball joints in the windshield wiper module may corrode, causing one or both windshield wipers to fail.

General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain model year 2015 Buick LaCrosse, Cadillac XTS, Chevrolet Camaro, Equinox, Malibu, and GMC Terrain vehicles. The affected vehicles have front seat-mounted side impact air bags whose inflator may rupture upon its deployment.

When I was driving down the street, I noticed smoke coming from the hood then flames . I parked off to the side of the road and open the door and took off running away from the vehicle. Loosing everything clothes, phones , jewelry important documents. I paid off the vehicle. Was happy that for once in my life I did something good until that happen so please help on what to do . I know I didn't pay off the SUV for nothing.

Hello, on September 5, 2025 I was driving my 2015 Chevy equinox. I was in a collision while driving my 2015 equinox going at a speed of 60 mph on a highway. Drivers seat back rest air bag randomly deployed when I was in park, in my driveway taking my seat belt. Bruised my arm/ side of body pretty good. I had no idea how that could happen however, I connected my scanner tool to the car and come to find out I had 7 air bag/srs codes. After that happened all of my seat belts locked up, and per the scanner, it says a few other air bags have deployed but they haven't. GM- Has Issued Recall on 2010-2013 Equniox's Or extended the warranty on the powertrain for those years. Unfortunately, from 2014-to 2017 same engine wasn't included in this extended 150,000 warranty.
