The ECM in my vehicle appears to have an intermittent failure that can cause it to send the vehicle into WOT at any time at random. I was stopped at a traffic signal. It turned green, I let off the brake and my vehicle learched forward for a second, and then, all of a sudden launched into and hit the vehicle in front of me. I tried to push down the brakes, but they were too stiff, and, no, my foot did not even get a chance to press the gas yet. There was only minor damage to my vehicle, however,

The contact the vehicle was running hot so the contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road and open the hood and check coolant and waited a few minutes for the vehicle to cool down before restarting the vehicle and driving to their residence. TAKATA RECALL. ON MARCH 29TH 2015 I WAS INVOLVED IN A AUTO ACCIDENT. AS A RESULT OF THAT ACCIDENT, I SUFFERED A BROKEN WRIST, BROKEN JAW, AND THE LOSS OF MY LEFT EYE. ALL OF THESE INJURIES WERE THE RESULT OF MY VEHICLES AIRBAG SYSTEM. IN THE ACCIDENT, NONE OF MY WINDOWS WERE BROKEN, THERE WERE NO LOOSE ITEMS IN THE VEHICLE. THE ONLY THING IN THE VEHICLE THAT HIT ME WAS THE AIRBAG AND ITS IS THE ONLY THING WHICH HAD BLOOD ON IT IN THE VEHICLE. I WAS WEARING MY SEATBELT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT

VEHICLE HEATS UP AND CAUSES WATER HOSES TO OVER HEAT AND BUST UP. THIS CAN CAUSE A SERIOUS BURN INJURY. APPARENTLY THIS IS A PROBLEM CAUSES BECAUSE OF THE HEAD GASKETS THAT WERE USED.THE GASKETS GET DAMAGED AND START CAUSING THE LINES TO FILL UP WITH AIR CAUSING ALOT OF PRESSURE TO.MOTOR AND THEN OVER HEATS.ALL THE LINES THAT BRING WATER TO THE MOTER BUSTED AND VEHICLE WASNT EVEN SHOWING TO BE HOT. VEHICLE STILL WORKS BUT CANT BE USED BECAUSE IT OVERHEATS. LINES WERE REPLACED TWICE BUT WILL BUST
MY WIFE'S EQUINOX WAS TRAVELING AT AROUND 45 MPH WHEN AXLE BROKE AND CAUSED HER TO CRASH HITTING ANOTHER VEHICLE CAUSING MINIMAL DAMAGE TO IT, THEN IT WEN DOWN A 10 FT EMBANKMENT AND HIT A CONCRETE WALL HEAD ON. SHE HAD TO BE CUT OUT OF VEHICLE AND CAR WAS TOTALED. THE AXLE BROKE IN HALF. WE BELIEVE THAT THIS CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT.
