currently experiencing transmission shuddering â likely due to a torque converter issue. This was confirmed by an experienced mechanic at the dealership of Cadillac. After doing deep research Iâve learned is documented in Technical Service Bulletins such as TSB 18-NA-355 and 19-NA-121. The shuddering has caused the vehicle to slow down or speed up when at cruising speeds. There were no warning lights nor messages, but I've started to experience the issue/symptoms for about a month now. Which came out of nowhere. Recently, I replaced the transmission cooler line and performed a drain and fill, but the shudder continues.
