General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain model year 2004-2007 Cadillac CTS-V vehicles manufactured October 6, 2003, to March 15, 2007, and 2006-2007 Cadillac STS-V vehicles manufactured June 23, 2005, to March 15, 2007. In the affected vehicles, the electrical terminals of the fuel pump module
The vehicle experiences a Shift-to-Park malfunction in which it does not consistently recognize that it is in Park, despite being physically shifted into the Park position. When this occurs, the vehicle may fail to shut down properly or behaves as if it is not securely in Park. The condition is reproducible and occurs during normal use. The issue first appeared in approximately mid-2024 at an estimated mileage of 80,000â85,000 miles and continues to occur. No crash or collision has occurred. However, the defect involves core powertrain and electrical systems and presents safety concerns related to reliable gear recognition and vehicle shutdown. The vehicle remains available for inspection upon request.

NHTSA CAMPAIGN #14V542000, RECALL ID #226957 - FUEL SYSTEM ISSUES, EFFECTIVE 03/12/2015. NOTIFIED BY CREDIT KARMA ON SUNDAY, 11/04/2018. I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE IN 2011. WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AFTER FILLING THE GAS TANK THE NIGHT BEFORE. INITIALLY I THOUGHT PERHAPS IT WAS A BAD BATCH OF GASOLINE. I FILED A CLAIM AGAIN MY WARRANTY, REQUESTED INFORMATION FROM THOMAS PETROLEUM WHO CONFIRMED THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH GASOLINE, WARRANTY COVERED REPAIR. THEN AGAIN IN 2016, I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME ISSUE WITH FUELING SYSTEM. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DIAGNOSTICS FROM AUTOZONE. I HAVE SINCE THEN PURCHASED ANOTHER VEHICLE AND 2007 CADILLAC STS PRESENTLY INOPERABLE. I WAS ADVISED OF RECALL FROM CREDITKARMA

AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON AND THE DIC INDICATES THE AIR BAG REQUIRES SERVICE. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE PASSENGER PRESENCE SENSOR IN THE PASSENGER SEAT IS SHOT. THE AIR BAGS ARE DISABLED AND IT'S A THOUSAND DOLLAR REPAIR AT THE DEALER. RARELY DOES ANYBODY SIT IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN VERY RECENTLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE RESPONSE FROM MY AIRBAG MALFUNCTION. I RECENTLY NOTICED MY AIR BAG LIGHT SENSOR WAS INTERMITTENTLY TURNING ON AND OFF AND IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT IT INTO EARNHARDT CADILLAC OF SCOTTSDALE FOR FEAR OF A SAFETY ISSUE. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM STEVEN FROM SERVICES WHO EXPLAINED THAT THE WIRING HARNESS WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED BEFORE HE COULD EVEN FURTHER DIAGNOSE THE AIR BAG WIRING ISSUE. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE AIR BAG WOULD MOST LIKELY NOT DEPLOY IN AN ACCIDENT. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE HARNESS ITSELF WOULD BE $485 AND ONLY ONCE HE REPAIRED THAT WOULD HE BE ABLE TO FURTHER EVALUATE THE AIR BAG ISSUE. I ASKED IF CADILLAC STANDS BEHIND THE REPAIR OF SUCH A SAFETY CONCERN AND HE SAID ONLY UNDER THE WARRANTY AND ALSO STATED THERE WAS NO RECALLS ON THIS CAR MODEL. I WAS
