THE DEALER ALSO INFORMED HIM THERE WAS A COST TO REPAIR BOTH TURN SIGNALS AND THERE WAS NO RECALL OR WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,122.

OWNER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DESIGN OF THE BATTERY STORAGE. THE BATTERY IS LOCATED UNDER THE REAR PASSENGER SEAT. THE AC- DELCO BATTERY WHICH WAS INSTALLED BY THE MANUFACTURER IS LOSING ACID THROUGH ITS POSITIVE POST, CAUSING THE BATTERY TO LEAK ACID. THE ACID FUMES ARE TOXIC AND EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE. OWNER CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER WHO WAS AWARE, BUT WAS NOT TRYING TO RECALL THESE VEHICLES.*AK *JB *NM

RECEIVED SERIOUS SPINAL INJURIES. ACCORDING TO THE SDM DOWNLOAD THERE WAS AN APPROXIMATE 30 MPH DELTA V. CW THE CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE SEAT BELT LOCKED THEN SECONDS LATER, THE SEAT BELT UNLATCHED LEAVING THE CONSUMER UNRESTRAINED.
