I'VE HAD A WATER LEAK PROBLEM SINCE I BROUGHT MY 1999 CADILLAC CATER, ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO. I WOULD SAY EVERY 4 MONTHS, THE CAR LEKS GALLONS AND GALLONS OF WATER INTO THE BACK SEAT, I'VE COMPLIANTED TO LINDSAY CADILLAC SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT IT, THEY TOLD ME THE CAR LEAKED DUE TO THE POOR DESIGN, YET THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 400$ A YEAR TO GET THE DRAIN UNCLOGGED, LIKE I BUILT THE CAR, AND I COMPLAINTED TO THE MAIN OFFICE IN MICHGAN, AND I SPOKE WITH A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER NAME JASON MORALES, AND HE SAID THAT CADILLAC WOULD COMPENSATE ME, BUT ONLY IF I TRADE MY CAR IN FOR A NEW/ NEWER CAR. I CHECKED OUT OTHER WEBSITES, AND IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS CAR. CADILLAC HAS ALL THE FILES/COMPLAINTS I HAVE MADE ON FILE. *AK
