THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ALAMO BMW MOTORCYCLES (25600 I-10, BOERNE, TX 78006, (210) 828-5513) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS SIMILAR TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V617000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
