I was driving down the highway, doing the speed limit, when my moonroof suddenly exploded. Luckily, the shade was drawn. But, if it had been open, I could have been seriously injured. There was no projectile, nothing fell and hit the window. On inspection of the roof after I safely made it home, the glass was bowing upward. Prior to the incident, the appearance of the glass was completely normal - ie. no scratches, dings, cracks. There was no indication that something might be wrong with the glass.
