MOTORCYCLE HAS HAD RECALL 15V57000 TO RESOLVE ENGINE IDLE AND STALLING ISSUES. MOTORCYCLE STILL STALLS AND MAY NOT RESTART WITH OUT USING THE THROTTLE.
