LOST ALL POWER TO STEERING CAUSING GREAT CONCERN FOR SAFETY. 3 MONTHS AND ~$10,000 LATER, BOTH HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMPS REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. GREATER CONCERN IS THE VOLUME OF INCIDENTS REPORTED ON BMW FORUMS RELATED TO HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP FAILURE GOING BACK TO 2003. PLEASE SEE THE E65 FORUM ON THE BIMMERFEST WEB SITE AT THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS REPORTING THE FAILURES OF THE HPFP'S AND THE CONCERN FOR SAFETY.
