THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (BMW OF MINNETONKA, 15802 WAYZATA BLVD, WAYZATA, MN 55391) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE REPAIR FEES WOULD BE THE CONTACT'S RESPONSIBILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
