CONSUMER STATED BATTERY FAILED AND AS A RESULT THE POWER LOCKS FAILED TRAPPING THE OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE VEHICLE FOR OVER AN HOUR. *AK THE INDIVIDUAL WHO SUBMITTED THIS COMPLAINT WAS NOT THE CONSUMER BUT WAS THE FIRE CHIEF CALLED TO THE SCENE. HE WITNESSED THE FACT THAT THE VEHICLE'S DOORS COULD NOT BE OPEN FROM THE INSIDE. THEY HAD TO BREAK THE LEFT REAR WINDOW TO GET THE OCCUPANT OUT OF THE VEHICLE. *NM
