ENGLISH IS NOT HER PRIMARY LANGUAGE. ACCORDING TO MY MOM'S ACCOUNT, ON 11/10/2009 SHE PULLED HER CAR INTO THE DRIVEWAY AND WAITED FOR THE GARAGE DOOR TO OPEN. BUT AS SHE LET GO OF THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE CAR STARTED TO ACCELERATE VERY QUICKLY WITHOUT HER INTENTION. SHE TRIED TO APPLY THE BRAKE
