TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD EXCURSION. AS STATED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 01V075000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS:SWITCH), THE HEAD LAMP SWITCH KNOB FRACTURED AND SEPARATED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 101,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 101,650. UPDATED 06/17/08. *LJ
