Complaint Description
HAD TO REPLACE RIGHT REAR COIL SPRING, WHICH BROKE AND WAS SCRAPING THE TIRE, WHICH WAS A VERY HAZARDOUS CONDITION. THE FRONT COIL SPRINGS WERE REPLACED IN A FORD RECALL ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO, THE LEFT REAR COIL SPRING ALSO BROKE IN 2005 AND I HAD TO HAVE IT REPAIRED PRIVATELY AS THERE WAS AND STILL IS NO RECALL FOR THE REAR SPRINGS. (FILED A DOT COMPLAINT AT THAT TIME ALSO -- 3/9/05). *TR
