Complaint Description
When driving, the truck will down shift or wonât to shift up at all. After turning the vehicle off, it seems to resolve itself after you turn it back on. Unless the orange light to indicate gear wonât appear. Then vehicle wonât start when the gear canât be indicated, leaving myself or family members stranded. It refuses to start in neutral as well. I took the vehicle to Car x. I have no check engine nor do I have any transmission codes. I was told it may be a pcm to transmission problem and to check for recalls. My vehicle doesnât show on the recall list but is showing symptoms of a recall listed.
